1. Introduction
At Natty India, we prioritize customer satisfaction by providing secure and efficient recharge and cashback services. This policy outlines our approach towards cancellations, refunds, and dispute resolutions to ensure a smooth user experience.
2. Cancellation Policy
2.1 Recharge & Bill Payments
- All recharge transactions (Mobile, DTH, Data, Utility Bill Payments, etc.) are final and cannot be canceled once processed.
- Users must verify details such as phone number, operator, and amount before confirming the transaction. No refund will be provided for user errors.
- If a transaction fails but the amount is deducted, it will be automatically refunded within 3-5 working days to the original payment method or credited to the Natty India wallet.
2.2 Subscription & Premium Services (If Applicable)
- Subscription-based services can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase, provided that no benefits have been utilized.
- After this period, no refunds will be processed for cancellations.
- For automatic renewals, users are responsible for canceling before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
2.3 Wallet Balance
- Funds added to the Natty India wallet cannot be withdrawn or refunded unless required by law.
- Wallet balance is non-transferable and can only be used for transactions on the Natty India platform.
3. Refund Policy
3.1 Failed Transactions
- If a recharge or bill payment fails due to technical reasons, the deducted amount will be automatically refunded within 3-5 working days.
- If the refund does not reflect in your account, please contact customer support with transaction details.
3.2 Duplicate Transactions
- If a user accidentally makes multiple payments for the same service, they must report it to customer support within 24 hours with proof.
- After verification, one of the duplicate transactions may be refunded within 7-10 business days.
3.3 Cashback & Offers
- Cashback earned through promotions is non-refundable and non-transferable.
- If a user misuses cashback offers or violates terms, Natty India reserves the right to cancel the cashback and take necessary action.
3.4 Fraudulent or Unauthorized Transactions
- If you suspect an unauthorized transaction, report it to us within 48 hours.
- After verification, a refund may be processed based on banking and security norms.
- Natty India reserves the right to block accounts found engaging in fraudulent activities.
4. Payment Dispute & Resolution
- Users can raise a dispute within 7 days of the transaction if they believe a wrong recharge or incorrect deduction occurred.
- The investigation process may take 7-14 business days, depending on the complexity of the issue.
- The final decision regarding refunds will be at the sole discretion of Natty India.
